Watching the friendly today, i thought he was more impressive than some of the players we paid far too much for (not naming any names!)
Maybe its cos i wasn’t expecting much from him and so far he’s looking pretty good. Is he what you expected or not?
Its also dispelled some of my doubts about Hughes now he’s shown that he trusts our home talent rather than buying it all in, anyone else feel the same way?
I watched the boy since Man Citys FA Youth Cup win the year before last. THis Kid is amazing. Hughes rates him so highly he is guaranteed him first team action this season. fantastic prospect i was watching him today and watched the live streams of Rangers game he played well for his 10 mins. Great times ahead sweetie i loved the way all our players played. Hughes has transformed Ben Haim he looks back to his Bolton days. Zabaletta has doomed Richards no chance in hell will Richards get in the team before Pablo. What a season ahead.

I’m a Man City fan. Perhaps shamefully I have heard of him but didn’t see him in action until City were on tour in South Africa last month and I thought he was amazing. He reminds of Cristiano Ronaldo only a bit smaller but he has the same twinkle toes that Ronaldo had. He could be the best academy graduate City have had yet along with SWP, Ireland etc. Hughes apparently sold Elano so Weiss could be given a better chance. Personally I think he’s a world class talent and a gem of player. Any manager would be stupid not to even consider someone of Weiss skill to not be in his plans. HOWEVER, I make one demand to Mark Hughes after seeing Manchester City against Celtic today. Please get a replacement for the now inept Richard Dunne and Ben Haim who is useless. I really don’t know whats happened to him over the past year but he’s just got worse and worser
