The Dominican Republic exports include all the items that you would expect from a Latin American country. Things like coffee, sugar cane, tobacco (cigars, world renowned) citrus fruits, pineapples, cocoa. They export nickel and some precious metals.
Perhaps there most visible export is not what you would consider a regular export. The nation of the Dominican Republic has over the years exported many great baseball players such as Moises Alou, and his son Jesus.
