A lot of people effectively use a journal to keep track of their anxiety and panic disorders, and this is a great method for easing your anxiety.

But I think that using an actual blog online works even better.

You use it for exactly the same reasons: to track your anxiety, what makes it worse, what makes it better, and so on.

But the difference is, a blog is so much easier to maintain and sustain than a physical journal with pen and paper.

You’re much more likely to keep it up online, and that’s why a blog can woro so well if you need to cure panic attacks.
