The problem that is facing most persons within the property marketplace, is that for the deals that are obtainable, you can find loads of agents vying for the same business.
This makes it incredibly tough for agents to deal correctly with clients as they are not sure who behind their back is trying to undercut them. So although the market is reactiing in a positive way to the current economic climate, it is still incredibly difficult for agents to get enough deals that will keep them happy.
