Most people used to aspire to have a 42 inch TV, but now TVs are getting bigger and bigger and what used to be a great size is now considered small. Instead you have 55 inch TVs cropping up all over the place like the UN55B6000 which people are climbing over each other to get their hands on. Personally I welcome the larger TV sizes, not because I want one, but because it drives the price of the 42 inch sets down so you can now get a great 42 inch plasma for under $600. Maybe in the future I will get the bug and get a bigger TV, but for now then 55 inches just seems way too big.
