When completing the copy portion of the Rey-Osterrieth Complex Figure Drawing test (Rey-O), G’s lines were wavy and unstable. There were several times when she had a difficult time connecting corners or lines, even though she knew they were supposed to touch each other; e.g., she had to add supplemental lines to form a connection. These problems, though, may be due to the chronic pain and fatigue she experiences in her hands rather than any true problems with visual-motor functions. This hypothesis is reinforced by her score in the high end of the average range that involves visual-motor skill under time limit (Digit Symbol – Coding = 63rd percentile).
