Dr. Brian Weiss, one of the first doctors to use past-life therapy to treat patients, shared several of his cases, and revealed how understanding our past and future lives can transform us in the present.
Weiss said he first discovered the phenomenon of past lives when, during a hypnotherapy session with a patient, he suggested she “go back to the time when [her] symptoms first began.” According to Weiss, his patient, Katherine, recalled having drowned some 4,000 years earlier. In another compelling case, a surgeon from China, who spoke only Chinese and was accompanied to her session by a translator, described in fluent English the life she lived in 1850s San Francisco, Weiss reported.
Using a similar therapy, Wiess claims to have taken groups of his patients to their future lives, where he discovered a consensus among them about what our future holds. He said within 100 to 200 years, the problems we have now (global warming, pollution, war) still plague us. Fortunately, in 1,000 years Weiss said his patients described seeing an idyllic future for man, but with a vastly reduced population.
As a traditional psychotherapist, Dr. Brian Weiss was astonished and skeptical when one of his patients began recalling past-life traumas that seemed to hold the key to her recurring nightmares and anxiety attacks. His skepticism was eroded, however, when she began to channel messages from “the space between lives,” which contained remarkable revelations about Dr. Weiss’s family and his dead son. Using past-life therapy, he was able to cure the patient and embark on a new, more meaningful phase of his own career.
Dr. Weiss is the author of several top-selling books based on his experience as a psychiatrist and healer. A graduate of Columbia University and Yale Medical School, Dr. Weiss is Chairman Emeritus of Psychiatry at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami and he maintains a private practice in Miami. In addition, Dr. Weiss conducts national and international seminars and experiential workshops as well as training programs for professionals.

There are children …
There are children all over the world who recall and/or confirm past life memories without the help of hypnotists or regressionists.
I am one of those kids who has had past life memories, at least 20 of them, some in very great detail and all from the last life I had.

Maybe theese things …
Maybe theese things are considered past life memories and other possibilites are not explored because we see all in an egocentric view, that anything that is my mind is mine. But we have to keep in mind we may have a possibility of souls getting into comunion one to another. And that sounds, at leat in a way, more amaizing then past life memories. It is a world out there and it is unknown to most of us, at least to our consious mind.

This may be …
This may be ancestorial memories. I mean, along with the DNA, other things may come. But hypnosis is not safe, I know there are many MDs who say that, for example to create false memories, inducted by the hypnotist or by subconscious desires. Well, a strong desire for curing a fear can create a false memory during hypnosis, to help curing. We need to keep ou rminds open. It is easy to jump in accepting any available explanation.

It could be that …
It could be that the person who is under hypnosis actually has the same frequency with person who is died. The person under hypnosis might recall someone else’s life experiences from record of life( Akashi record smtimes called). But person more likely to recall his or her own first.

When I was 16 I …
When I was 16 I went on a trip to Germany. One night I got ed in a bar and the freakiest thing happened - I had a full on, completely fluent conversation with the bar maid. All my pals and I were really shocked. It was such a strange experience - one which I have never been able to repeat.

when mentioned about the lady that ended up regressed back about 4000 years- she died by drowning? isnt that about the same time in the past as an interuption by nibiru on its 3600 year orbit? And if that’s the case humans survive to re-incarnate, and will survive 2012! Even if it means we have to meet the maker so o speak first to get there. THE LIFE ENERGY CANNOT DIE! reincarnation is the only system of spiritual developement that makes sense. as a catholic i resisted it until i no longer could. i could not imagine a God who would hold us eternally culpable for not learning all there is to learn in a single “go-round”. thats not to say we run roughshod through consequentless lifetimes but be it faster or slower there is a learning curve we all traverse.
