I’m just curious since this is the Religion and Spirituality section of Y! A, to know how many have heard of and actually read the following:

Conversations With God, by Neal Donald Walsch
A New Earth, by Ekhart Tolle
Anything and everything by Doreen Virtue (Spirituality, Angels, etc.)
Many Lives Many Masters (and all other titles), by Dr. Brian L. Weiss
Titles by Dr. Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra
Edgar Cayce and (his reincarnation) Davic Wilcock
Louise Hay

Or do we only discuss the Bible in here?

Thanks, everyone!

Love and blessings to all!
More so, have you actually READ any of these works?
Brent, I just started reading CWG after a friend told me about it on Twitter. And… it’s been a wonderful journey so far…

All the other titles and authors are very familiar to me. Actually, they have a very special place in my heart and soul. I’m very grateful to all of them for everything they’ve done for me. And they did do and are still doing it for people just like you and me. :) Wood Uncut said:

I’m familiar with those works as well, especially anything related to the sacred Tao Te Ching and Paulo Coelho (I’m a Brazilian born woman, like himself).

Many people, even in Brazil, really dislike Paulo Coelho’s books. I’m not one of those. I still remember the first time I read THE ALCHEMIST. It was as if a huge light bulb had gone on on top of my head (consciousness). LOL

I1ve heard "The Sermon on the Mount", by Charini…

Ahahahahah!

I’ve heard of all of them except Weiss’ Many Lives. Though the only one I’ve read is Chopra. While my beliefs are .. New Agey .. they just aren’t that sort of New Age!

Now if you’d asked about Mark Forsater (The Spiritual Teachings of the Tao), Chögyam Trungpa (Shambhala), Paulo Coelho or Benjamin Hoff (Tao of Pooh) …

No… I haven’t even heard about them all.
By the way… about conversations with God, there’s this little chat in here, called: Dad?
    God?
Why did I kill my son?

    Son.
    Why did you kill me?

Did I? Am I not here talking to you?
    Dad, why do I die?

    Son…
I gave you life, so be it.
Can you die without been born?
I gave you life, remember that?

Dad, why did you kill Senna?

    Son…
I’ve told you… Do not adore anything, anyone, nothing, but me.

    Dad… you’re so selfish…

Son, I’m proud of what I’ve done. You’re me.

    But… Dad…
Why would I kill Obama? Ain’t he the leader of peace, wisdom, hapiness?

    Son… He’s your brother.
Do not kill him. He’ll come to me.
    Do not question me.
Just do the best you can, I’m doing my job.
Peace is the goal, but fraternity is a must.
We can not achieve peace without ending the needs.
We can not go ahead without following our steps.
Every man has a time to be, and a mission to accomplish.
Just do the best of yours.
There are times that you’re laisy…
There are times you feel good.
You have choices. You are free to kill or die.
You are free to choose, to win or loose,
I judge your acts, not the way around.

    Dad…
    You talk too much.
Here I am, your son, a dust made man, daring fantasise been you.

    Son…
    You’re me.
I’m the quieter, you’re the talker.
I’m the silent, you’re the walker.
    I live inside of you.
    You do not believe yourself.
Everything I gave you is inside your mind.
    Where did that come from?
    Your outsides?
    Well… That’s me.
If you do not see what you see… son…
I happen to know a nice fellow down here in Heaven.
Why don’t you kill yourself and check him out?
    Dr. Jesus, optometrist.
    I’ve promoted Him.
He came to me, one day and said, as just you’re doing here:
    Dad, humans are blind.
    I laughed.
They do believe, thou, they see.
They do not see, they don’t listen, they don’t talk, son, but they read.
    Write them letters.

    Thanks, Dad. Nice advice.
    I’ll do my best.

A New Earth was just excellent, and better than Tolle’s other book. I told many friends about it.
I’ve read a lot about Cayce through the years, but some of the other books you mentioned, no, not yet.

I’ve read a lot about Edgar Cayce, especially when I lived near his institute, but not that book. This category seems to be mostly for theist vs atheist questions.
