Most women tend to enjoy working out with a partner, but what if I were to tell you that some studies have shown that you get a better workout when you exercise alone. It tends to be the case that working out alone allows you to really push your body and get better results… faster. Let’s take a look as to why this might be the case.

When you workout with a partner or in a group, the vast majority of women in that group will be beginners or just learning how to workout properly. This greatly influences you when you workout and makes it so you don’t workout to new harder levels, but you workout down to their level.

When you workout with some great music that really pumps you up then you tend to push yourself harder. This is much more beneficial because you’re able to get better results and have a greater impact on your lean muscle mass. As you know, all effective exercises to lose weight will build your lean muscle mass which eats your fat.

So next time you have the opportunity to workout by yourself or with a group of women… go it alone and see better results.
