The Worst Frozen Meal Option For Your Waist

I know it’s hard to believe but very few frozen dinners are actually good for you, even the ones that claim to be diet friendly are filled with preservatives and chemicals that make it hard for your body to lose fat and makes it easy for it to gain it!

I recently read an article stating what the number one worst food was… and after reading the nutritional info, I wasn’t shocked. Marie Callender’s Creamy Parmesan Chicken Pot Pie! With over 1000 calories per serving… over 1400 mg of salt and a whopping 64 g of fat… basically a heart attack waiting to happen.

Just what kind of fitness program will you need to burn this guy off?

Let’s see… the average mile run burns off 100 calories (roughly) so you would have to run 11 miles… bike around 20 miles… or just plan on working out for about 3 hours… that should do it!
